皆様、今週末の土曜日、我が家で一緒に時間を過ごしましょう。イベントは下記の通り、計画をしますので、ぜひ、熟読してから参加して下さい。参加人数はおそらく20名程度になるかと思います。質問があれば、遠慮なく、メール下さい。
イベント名：アウトドア・クッキング＆ピクニック＠庵治
目的：秋の一日を皆さんと楽しく過ごすと共にアウトドア・クッキングをします～
日時：2010年11月６日（土）、午前11：00～午後15：00 （悪天候の場合、中止しますので、このHPで確認下さい。）

ホピ村喫茶店（ここから家まで３００メートルです）。
持参する物：各自の弁当と飲物、それから笑顔です。
さらに、中国籍の留学生たちに水餃子、また、韓国籍の留学生たちにチジミの材料を購入し、持って来て貰います。基本調味料（サラダ油、ゴマ油、醤油、酢、塩など）は家にありますので、購入する必要はありません。材料費は払い戻しますの、領収書を忘れないで下さい。
こちらで用意する物：クッキーを作る材料やさつまいも、ソフトドリンク。それから、野外会場の設定（テーブル、ベンチ、基本調味料、料理用のポット、木材燃料、流し台等）。
イベントの大まかな流れ
1. 会場に到着後、休憩あるいは近辺（海辺、山）での散策をします。
2. 正午ごろ、各自の弁当を食べる。
3. そして、料理を一緒に作ります。
4. 四つのチーム（水餃子チーム、チジミ・チーム、クッキー＆焼き芋チーム、木材燃料チーム）を分けてします。
5. 料理が出来上がり次第、一緒に食べます。
6. それから、全員は一緒に片づけをします。
7. 15:00ごろ、解散
服装：当日、秋晴れと予測します。しかし、イベントは完全に野外で実施しますので、必ず、暖かい服を着て下さい。急に天候は変わる可能性もあるのです。
トイレ：男女別のトイレは野外に設置します。
ゴミ：それぞれのゴミ箱に分別して捨てて貰います。
会場までの行き方：
（１）バス：庵治線（

高松駅、瓦町、高松町バス停など（高松駅から往復運賃はおよそ1400円）から乗車出来ます。終点の庵治温泉で下車して、会場まで２キロ。徒歩すると、およそ30分。
（２）自転車：市内から片道で１時間半ぐらいかかります。庵治町に入ると坂道が多いため、ブレーキを駆けながら、安全運転をして下さい。絶対に事故を起さないで頂きたいので、自転車に乗る自信がない場合、バスで来て下さい。
（３）車：駐車場はあまりありません。近くに２、３台駐車できるぐらいです。
保険：起きて欲しくないですが、万が一、路上あるいは会場で事故があった場合、各自の保険で処理して頂きますのでご了承下さい。

Name of event: Outdoor Cooking and Picnic at Aji
Objective: To spend an autumn’s day with everyone involved... and to cook something together… all activities are conducted outdoors in the garden.
When: 6th November, 2010, (Sat), from 11:00 am to 15:00 pm (If bad weather, cancel. Please check this page for announcement.)

What students should bring: Your own bento or lunch box, a drink, and a smile.
In addition to the bento and drinks, students from China shall buy and bring all ingredients to cook ‘sui-gyoza’ (soup dumplings). Similarly, students from Korea shall buy and bring all ingredients to cook ‘chijimi’ (Korean pancake). I shall refund all costs incurred in buying the ingredients.
Preparation by host: I shall furnish ingredients for making cookies, sweet potatoes, and soft drinks. I shall also get the garden ready for the party (these include tables, benches, basic condiments/seasonings, cooking pots, firewood, kitchen basin, etc.)
Approximate flow of events:
1. After arrival, students can rest or walk around the vicinity, beach, or the hills.
2. Students shall then eat their own bento at about 12:00 noon.
3. Then, we shall prepare the two dishes, sweet potatoes, and cookies together.
4. We shall split into four teams: The Gyoza Team, the Chijimi Team, the Yaki-imo & Cookies Team, and the Firewood team.
5. After we prepared the food, we shall eat together.
6. When the eating is done, all participants help out to clean the place.
7. At about 15:00, we close the event.
What clothes to wear: We are expecting a nice autumn day with the temperature ranging from the low to the high teens. However, since the event is totally held outdoors, please be sure to wear warm clothes as the weather may be unpredictable.
Toilet: To be constructed outdoors. Separate toilets for ladies and men.
Rubbish: Please dispose them properly in the separate labeled bins provided.
How to get to my home:
(1) Bus: You can take the Kotoden bus bound for Aji.

The bus leaves from Takamatsu Station and goes past Kawaramachi Station and Takamatsu-cho bus-stop which is near Yashima Kaikan. Return bus fare from Takamatsu Station is about 1400 yen. If you are not sure where to take the bus, please ask me. Get off at the final stop at Aji Onsen 庵治温泉. From Aji Onsen, it is about a 30-minute-2 kilometer walk to my house.
(2) Bicycle: Takes about one hour and thirty minutes one way to cycle from the city center. From Yashima Kaikan, it takes about 40 minutes. At Aji, the road slopes up and down often, so you definitely need good brakes. Please make sure that you do not get involved in an accident if you choose to cycle. Take the bus if you do not have confidence in bicycling.
(3) Car: There is limited parking place. There is a place nearby which can take perhaps 2 or 3 cars.
Insurance: I hope it will not happen, but in the case of any accidents happening while on the road or in the party location, the individuals concerned are expected to use their own insurance policies to settle the incidents. In other words, all participants are responsible for their own safety
