The 14th Summer Trip (Shodoshima)

Organized by Kagawa University Foreign Student Association (KUFSA) & Inter-Cultural Exchange Society (ICES)
In cooperation with Takamatsu Higashi Lions Club


Date: 4th July 2010 (Sun). If typhoon comes, postpone to 11th July (Sun)

Participation Fee (For ferry, games, insurance, etc.):


* Students 1000 yen (Primary school students 600 yen)
* Participation from the general public: please inquire through Lrong.
* Please pay fees upon application. (note that fees are not refundable in any case.)


Apply only through email (see bottom of page) with (1) Full name in alphabets or Kanji (2) Full name in katakana, (3) Age (4) Sex.


Application deadline: 21th June 2010 (Mon)


Please come to Sunport Pier at 9:00 AM on 4th (or 11th)
Be sure to be punctual or the ferry will leave without you！


Bring: drinks, lunch, hat, umbrella, swinsuit, towel, clothes to change,　and wear comfortable shoes for walking. Please do not injure yourself, and remember to bring your rubbish back with you.


Program: Ferry to Shodoshima　Tonosho Pier, walking tour to Kashima Beach, make new friends, and enjoy the natural scenery of Japan Inland Sea. The tentative departure time from Kashima Beach is around 4:30 p.m.


Important notice: Although all possible measures are taken to ensure a safe trip (such as insurance coverage), be sure to take note that claim for responsibility and/or compensation against any individual or organization are to be entertained should any unforeseen incident or accident occur during the trip. Also note that applications after the deadline may be accepted but will not be covered by insurance.
